The humidor is very nice and crazy low price. But thats what slave labor gets us. Ordered on 11/14/21. On 11/30/21 got an email it would be shipped then. Actually received it on 12/22/21 after 3 phone calls.Ladies on the phone were nice, but between them and their shipping dept,well,who knows. And thats after they physically went and found the humidor and said it would be shipped. (Posted on 1/2/22)

I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for but in this case I think I got a little bit more than that-it’s not a high quality item but it’s definitely well-built-My cigarbox was a casualty of a flooded basement and I was very surprised on how well it held up I thought I’d be buying a new one - but a little bit of glue and it’s back to new (Posted on 10/27/21)

Loved the selection the had.
Horrible customer service. Item was missing from order that I paid for. I called Customer Svc, and tried chat on line MANY times. Left messages and no one got back to me.
Still never rec’d the digital hygrometer upgrade…. Although happy with all the items I purchased, still pretty annoyed that I never rec’d a call back or a refund for something I never received. (Posted on 6/20/21)

I was looking for a humidor that had multiple shelves and a dark wood. This humidor has a beautiful quality and has been keeping the temp perfect. One thing I didn't understand is that the digital thermometer option means you put it inside the box, it doesn't get installed. Best customer service I've ever had! Very kind and very helpful! Bought this humidor as a gift with the help of a cigar aficionado co-worker (who gave it his seal of approval upon delivery). I took it to my local trophy shop to have the glass top engraved... it was so beautiful the recipient teared-up and he now proudly displays it fully-stocked. (Posted on 7/19/16)

The only 2 issues I have is that the gel jar was too big to stand up in the humidor and I had to lay it down. The bottom drawer doesn't not close all the way.
But for the size of the humidor, the price was great. I found some locally that were over $300 for the same size. (Posted on 6/16/16)

I had ordered the product online from Kolkata, India, and was delivered to my friend's p;ace in Kentucky. Another common friend carried it back with him to Kolkata and I eventually received the Humidor on Friday, 26th June, in Kolkata.
