This is the second cabinet humidor I have purchased from this company. The quality and finish of the cabinet is exceptional, and the design and function of the humidor far exceeds by expectation. I was unable to understand how the water reservoir should be set up. Customer service asked be to send a couple photos, and within five minutes got back to me and we solved the issue. I wish the other companies I deal with had such fantastic customer service. Great company, exceptional product, outstanding customer service. (Posted on 6/1/22)

This is my 2nd humidor from this company. Both humidors exceeded my expectations. I maintain approximately 800 cigars in the Redford and it keeps my cigars in perfect condition. It’s capable of handling a couple of hundred more cigars but I like to give my cigars a little breathing room. I should have purchased this humidor a long time ago. The packaging for shipment was to the extreme. I had it unpacked, loaded with the temperature and humidity set up in no time. The seal, lighting and display of cigars is perfect. The timing of my purchase was in the middle of the COVID-19 shipping fiasco so the wait time went from a couple of weeks to a few months. It was worth the wait. If and when I purchase a larger humidor it will be through this company. (Posted on 10/25/21)

I have had my Redford since 2014. It continues to perform at my highest expectation. Currently I have over 1,000 cigars in the cabinet and some are 4 years old and taste great. I have had recommended this model to several of my golf buddies for their homes. (Posted on 7/23/19)

I was amazed I ordered my large humidor on Monday it was delivered from Florida to Maryland by Friday and it has exceeded my expectations in every way! Set up was easy you have to take some time to adjust the humidity sensor which was no big deal and once it’s set up works like a charm my sticks have never been happier! I didn't know what to expect when I ordered this humidor but when it arrived and I took it out of the shipping crate I was pleasantly surprised at the quality and how gorgeous the cabinet was. Having the ability to control humidity and temperature are a big plus for me and so far, after a simple calibration, the settings have been spot on! I completely filled the shelves and it looks great. Its super quiet. The only negative was that I ordered a personalized name plate and it didn't show up. Waiting for them to send it to me. This is a great unit and I am overall very pleased with my purchase. The setup is easy, but the unit did require calibration of the hygrometer (read the instructions). Once calibrated and stabilized, the unit maintains humidity and temperature very well. Wish there was a level indicator for the water reservoir - other than that - no regrets! (Posted on 2/24/17)

If I was to do this all over again I would choose THE Redford. Packed well for protection, easy to unpack. The appearance is outstanding quality, much better than expected. The picture doesn't do it justice. Instructions easy to follow and set up. Customers comment all the time on what a great looking unit and how well it maintains it's temperature and humidity. This is an excellent humidor. Even better than I imagined when I unwrapped it and set it up. Excellent quality. The wood is like a piano finish. The humidification and heating works perfectly. The LED lighting really allows you to view all draws at one view, very bright in the darkest rooms. This will definitely be the last humidor that I will need considering the size of this box.
