I had originally ordered a different humidor as a gift for my father for Christmas, there had been a snafu in the amount of that humidor that the company had in stock. My card was not charged , and 1st Class wasted no time in reaching out to me to apologize for the inconvenience. I was not able to work with the company to pick a substitute, as I was working. They allowed my fiancé to handle the issue and get a new humidor selected. I hadn’t expected to receive my fathers gift in time for Christmas, but the company put not only a rush on its preparation, but had it shipped next day. Thank you so very much! This is a beautiful humidor with complementary accessories. It would be a great gift, great for the office, or for a light smoker. I filled my humidor with 25 cigar with room to spare. First time buyer and first time humidor owner...... Great humidor, great quality, great engraving plate. Added a Masonic emblem to the lid with my engraved name plate.

One problem with the entire humidor......... The temperature gauge does not work properly......... I am disappointed in that one part of the humidor............

I like the look of the humidor, but I chose to add the engraving and I thought it would be something that was already attached to the humidor not an adhesive backed plate that I had to apply myself. That was disappointing. (Posted on 5/26/15)
