The customer service was great when I checked on my purchase. The humidor came in a couple of days just in time for Christmas . I upgraded humidifier so that it would take care of itself being first time owners. My boys picked out the army humidor for my husband and it looks great. It is a lot larger than I expected . If there is one thing I could give as corrective criticism it would be directions on care for first time owners. There are a lot of different opinions on line and we were unsure of what to do.
