I ordered this as an out-of-the-box special discount deal. It arrived quickly and was well packed against damage. The finish is beautifully well done, and there was only a small indentation on the bottom edge. Now that it's broken in, it's found it's equilibrium, and I hardly ever have to add water to the humidifier. As my first humidor, I'm very satisfied with it.
