Beautiful humidor. As many have stated there is no way you will get 200 cigars into this but still very nice. Only issue is that I added and paid for a gel jar and it was not included. Emailed 3 times and talked to someone on the phone once. No reply whatsoever to the emails and a "I'll get that out to you" from the phone call. Still no gel jar. (Posted on 9/8/22)

When I ordered, I was told it was back-ordered and if I wanted to wait. Well it took some months but WOW, it is the focal point of my office right now. Just finished the two week Boveda 84% seasoning session and started adding them in on week three, after the new babies arrived. Still checking it out but she's a looker, and the hygrometer showing she's a performer too! (Posted on 9/7/21)

Humidor is beautiful ( Like other reviews it is ALOT smaller than you thing and will hold about 100 robustos.)The pictures do not do it justice.

On that note I would like to say it came shipped in two boxes and outer box and inner box. There was no apparent damage to either boxes and everything was packaged amazing. Unfortunately the box was damaged on the backside.

Talked to Joyce on the phone and we started the return process. ( She was quick, timely, and very helpful. )

Ended up keeping the box qnd getting it fixed myself due to not being in stock until may 2021. ( Recieved a fair partial refund )

Wow. Wow. Wow. First time customer and I couldn't be happier! I purchased this as a gift, and was extremely impressed with the level of customer service provided before I made my purchase. And upon receipt of the humidor itself, I was blown away. The packaging was SERIOUS and protected this beauty. And when I did unbox it, I was stunned at how gorgeous this is. It's more like a piece of furniture, it's that well made. The finishes are beautiful, the details are exquisite, and needless to say, the gift went over extremely well. This is a well-made and beautifully-constructed humidor. It is definitely a piece to look at. The wood and finish are first-rate and the humidor has plenty of storage. Shipping was quick and the unit is extremely well-packaged - box within a box within a box and wrapped tightly with bubble wrap. I seasoned the unit for 24 hours and placed all my cigars in it (2 boxes of 30), all my miscellaneous sticks, and even some cheaper short smokes, and still have one drawer empty. I ordered a couple of the humidification gel jars and put one of them in the bottom and the humidifier that came with it in the top slot. 70% and holding tight. The front door seals tight. The side doors are not part of the main humidified body, but can hold cigars or parts. It's a beautiful, heavy piece and well-worth the money. (Posted on 5/16/19)

May be the best thing I have ever purchased...DUDE....it's that nice....and as a humidor it works perfect. There is no other humidor worth looking at, your research ends here. A MUST BUY.....4 seperate boxes that store up to 100 cigars, and 2 more compartments on each side that open up to store about another 20 cigars, or you can store your cigar accessories in them, as these side compartments are seperate from the main humidor. Exceptional is the best description. Well constructed, nice design and worth every penny. Holds “Humidity at 69% - 70%”. The pictures do not give any justice to this Humidor. This humidor surpasses my already high expectations. If properly seasoned, the seal is immaculate. This humidor is nice to look at and performs great so long as you provide proper humidification (Boveda packs, humicare sticks, etc.) device. This site is excellent. When I saw the picture of the humidor I didn’t anticipate the price.I thought it would be much more expensive than what I paid for it. I have to say I truly thought something would go wrong. I may have been a bit pessimistic, the pictures and price there had to be a catch.
All I can say now is WOW! My humidor showed up in perfect condition. And looked better in person than in the photos. Had it up and running in a couple hrs and two weeks later life is good. Would not hesitate to buy again or recommend 1st Class to anyone. (Posted on 4/26/17)

this humidor is as perfect as i imagined when i unwrapped it .i got many "ooh's and awe's "lots of storage and lots of space , fully equipped with the exception of the “Propylene Glycol Solution”no biggie but would have been a nice touch ..i don't like the way the doors scuff the pedestal as the hinges are somewhat a sloppy joining of the hinge

Bought for my husband as a gift as he's been having issues with humidification and the reviews said this has great humidity. It is true to word, my husband is impressed with the preciseness of humidity and really enjoys the look of it. Of course he wants an even bigger one, so he's using this one as an ager humidor for his older/expensive cigars.

I also ordered a name plate and his name was spelled wrong unfortunately. He found it humorous and wanted to keep it. (Posted on 2/3/16)

I love the humidor. To glom on the other reviews, I think 100 or so cigars is more what it will hold. They'd have to be cigarellos to hold 200. Regardless, it is a beautiful piece and seasoned nicely. I look forward to stocking it up a bit more once I get a bit more ambient humidity!

What a great deal... This humidor not only holds temperature and RH like nobody's business it is a beautiful piece of art to look at. The analog hygrometer is nothing to write about but for the price I have no complaints.
I replaced the hygrometer with a digital.

I love smoking cigars and have three other humidors. This is by-far the most aesthetically designed. It arrived VERY well-packed. Two minor issues: 1) because the humidifier is in the top lid and this has three other drawers below, the bottom section seems to not stay as humid - easy fix is a small humidifier also in the bottom drawer. 2) The side "wing" panels don't seal, thus impractical for storing cigars but offers plenty of space for accessories. Still - this is a tremendous product at a good price. I would highly recommend this humidor and, PS - The service was tremendous. THANKS! (Posted on 8/29/15)

Very nice, stylish humidor, well built and seasoned quickly. Really love it! The only issue is it really only holds about 100 cigars effectively. The 200 advertised would have to be robustos or smaller to even come close to that number. Each drawer effectively holds approx 20+ toros or churchills, with the top holding approx the same. If you squeeze hard you can get a 100 cigars packed in. When you do you clog the paths for humidification element on the lid. Easily rectified with Boveda packs for each drawer though. I bought this for my son-in-law for Christmas. He hasn't seen it yet. I checked it out and it is awesome. One web site called it the Optimus Prime of humidors and they were right. It was very well constructed, the colored woods are really eye catching, and the brass accents really add to the appearance of this quality item. If your looking for something different other than a standard box for your stogies, this is it! I am almost at the point of keeping it and ordering another for his gift. You won't be disappointed. I love this piece. I have five humidors, and this is the most unique, by far. It's so gorgeous that I keep it front and center in my office. Most people assume that it is a treasure/jewelry box because it looks so rich and stylish.

Also, the quality of the wood is excellent. Many of my other cedar humidors required some fin grit sanding to remove splinters and roughness, but this Genova is well-built inside and outside.

This site has the best price on this model; better than Amazon and Ebay, and that is hard to do. (Posted on 9/25/14)
