Ordered a smaller humidor at first. When I received it I realized that I would need a larger humidor. I called customer service and Kaili was amazing! She was very professional. She walked to the process for the return and searched to see if they had the Bally2 in stock. She politely informed me that they were out of stock but would send one to me right away as soon as they arrived. Sure enough,about 1 week after the item arrived they sent it out with a friendly e-mail noting that my humidor was on the way. Received my humidor in 5 days and it is AWESOME. Humidor was easy to set up....It's well made and looks good. The only downfall was adjusting the hygrometer. Had an issue getting a micro screwdriver to the adjustment.
