The Broadway arrived double boxed and in flawless condition. This humidor holds a steady 72%. I found the mounting magnets require help to stay in place. Double stick tape works well so far. I upgraded to the digital humidistat, which is more accurate than the analog one which does not calibrate very well. The digital one has an easy calibration feature. It does not fit the mounting location which is completely enclosed, so I wonder how the analog one works since it looks like it can only measure the humidity in the wood in the lid. Maybe that is all that is required, however, my old humidor had a mount that suspended the humidistat away from the lid for free air circulation. Bottom line, I am very satisfied even with the minor drawbacks as this is a strikingly beautiful and well made humidor. (Posted on 5/20/22)

I bought this humidor over 2 years ago and left a review but i wanted to add to it. This is an exceptional box, very well built, perfect finish and a very good seal. The aroma from this thing will make your mouth water when you open it. ALL my cigars go into this humidor for 90 days before i smoke them. To be honest the sticks smell so good after being in this humidor i want to eat them. I have several humidors but none of them compare to the aroma and flavor profiles of the sticks coming from the Broadway.
Its a beautiful box that holds humidity like a champ and it will take very good care of those prized cigars.

Just wanted to comment on the service because I ordered my humidor on a tuesday , come friday night it still has not shipped will not ship until hopefully monday. You call service and it's obvious they do not care. When you pay for expedited processing and 3 day shipping , what is the point if it takes a week for them to put your humidor in the mail. Like theres 1 person constantly on break in the warehouse waiting last minute to do everything. Extremely disappointed with service. Just hope my humidor is nice when it finally gets here one day. I agree with all the other reviews here that comment on the look and construction of this humidor. It's absolutely beautiful and makes an immediate statement that you're a cigar aficionado. Well-built, this humidor is fully lined in Spanish cedar and seals well. It maintains humidity perfectly and will keep your cigars fresh and tasty — but you'll only know reliably if you upgrade the analog hygrometer, which is inexpensive plastic (looks like the five-dollar hygrometer available on this site) and untrustworthy. And really, if you're going to spring for a beautiful humidor like this, you should spend a few dollars more ($20) on a digital hygrometer that you can trust. Don't get me wrong — even with my reservations about the hygrometer, I'd buy this humidor again. It's attractive, well-built, spacious, and a great value. (Posted on 12/19/19)

Bought this Broadway humidor at a deal and couldn't be happier. From the excellent packaging to the high gloss finish this thing is a win win. Quality construction with and flawless precision of fitment would make this humidor a bargain at twice the price. After the seasoning cycle I loaded it with around 50 of my prized sticks and its holding humidity like a charm. I'm going to spring for a better humidifier but with Boveda packs I'm having no issues with holding.
The hydrometer was pretty much junk which was no fault of seller but they sent one post haste to replace it and its salt testing right on the money.
This company sells good humidors and my experience with them has been 5 stars. A true 5 star company across the board.

This was a gift for my son and he loves it. At the time it was ordered the site said it was in stock. When it wasn't received as expected I learned it was not in stock and the company had failed to let me know. I was told that they normally contact the customer if this happens. I went ahead with the order because it was supposed to be in within a few days. I still gave them a 4 in customer service because the rep (Donna) oversaw my order at that point to make sure it would be shipped the same day it was received in inventory (expedited shipping at no cost). The photos of this humidor don't do
it justice. It's gorgeous! My husband loved it (it was a Christmas gift). Honestly, it looks like it should have cost hundreds of dollars, and my husband commented on how well-finished it was.

My only negative (and it's my own fault) is that I didn't realize how large it was. That should be a consideration if you want it for a small space. (Posted on 12/29/16)

I upgraded with the cigar Oasis excel. You will need the short refill cartridge to make it work. I also upgraded with the cigar oasis digital hygrometer. I have had it several weeks and it is holding humidity superbly! The construction is superb and the seal is tight at the lid. The Spanish cedar veneer is thin and is my only complaint. You will not be disappointed with this humidor! I had a small issue with my order. I e-mailed them, and they called me and corrected it immediately. I will definitely order from this company again! Easy enough to order and have drop shipped as a gift. Would have appreciated an email when it shipped incomplete..... missing hygrometer upgrade.
Had to contact recipient to see if the other accessories came with the unit and then emailed and phoned to figure out what happened. Free delivery and great quality is what I understand from the recipient.

My only issue with it is a rattle noise in the lid when I open and close it.

With The Broadway out of stock, customer service recommended the Santa Barbara (Stetson). It is equally as beautiful but I had a small concern with the tight closure. I ended up sanding some of the cedar 'strip' that seals the lid to the bottom section. Once I did that, the lid opens much easier but still has a good seal. It holds the humidity perfectly. Anyone can line a box with cedar, but the thing that "makes" this humidor is the way is looks. It's like a piece of furniture....with a function. (Posted on 7/1/15)

I recently purchased this humidor along with an upgraded humidifier, the cigar oasis excel. The humidor is a constant 70 percent humidity and maintenance in minimal. I keep between 25 and 40 cigars in it and they are all in great smoking condition. I highly recommend. Also the humifier upgrade is a must. (Posted on 5/11/15)
